Strategic Pillars for Success:

Civic Literacy

We don’t just provoke debate, we teach the mechanics of discourse. Our workshops equip participants with the tools to deconstruct complex issues without hostility.

Community Intelligence

We treat community sentiment as data. Though rigorous canvassing, we turn anecdotal frustration into actionable reports for local leaders and the community at large.

Constructive Dialogue

Polarization is profitable, solution finding is hard. We provide the safe, moderated spaces required to overcome partisan divisions and work toward solutions.

“This plan is a living document, it adapts to the needs of Lake County, Illinois, and Chicago, Illinois. Though our plans may change shape or scope in the future, our goal remains consistent: To replace shouting with listening, and apathy with action.”
